Refrigerant regeneration and disposal
Used refrigerants represent considerable ecological burden. Should you face with the problem how to treat any used refrigerant, do not hesitate to contact us. We will analyse it to find out if its regeneration is possible, or, otherwise, we will offer its ecological disposal.

About us
The TEGAPLYN spol. s r.o. company was founded as a subsidiary of the LINDE TECHNOPLYN a.s. company on 27 June 1994. TEGAPLYN is a business organisation that secures the purchase, filling, and sale of refrigerants.
The first activities of the TEGAPLYN company in the Czech market relate to the Law about protecting the Earths ozone layer, No. 86/1995 Coll., that was prepared at that time. In relation to this law, the CFC-type refrigerant production in Spolchemie company in Ústí n.L. was terminated and the import of these refrigerants have been forbidden since 1 July 1995. As the first company in the Czech market, we offered the service replacement for the R12 refrigerant by using the SUVA® MP39 refrigerant from the DuPont company.
We then realised our business plan – to offer our customers new and alternative refrigerants for all applications – with the support of the well established German company TEGA GmbH Würzburg. The ever-growing refrigerant sales in the CzechRepublic motivated us to realise further investment activities:

1999 – Building of the refrigerant filling station in Prague

2000 – Building of the tanks for refrigerants

2006 – Start of the ISCEON® refrigerant distribution – product line from the DuPont company

2007 – The technology for refrigerant reclaiming, pressure vessel maintenance, and revisions was installed

2008 – Implementation of barcode monitoring for individual cylinder control
We have reached this level of technology for refrigerant storage and filling that is comparable with other filling stations in Europe. The filling station and the refrigerant central store is located at the precinct of our parent company Linde Gas a.s. Praha, this guarantees the ecological and safe treatment of refrigerants.

Up till the date of 1 July 2004, LINDE TECHNOPLYN a.s. company as the sole proprietor of the TEGAPLYN spol. s r.o. company decided to establish a new division for the tapping gas sales and thus changed the company name to Linde GastroGas s.r.o. The name Tegaplyn still remains as the trademark and it will be further used as the company logo.
The Linde GastroGas s r.o. company merged with the parent company Linde Gas a.s. on 1 July 2008. The GastroGas company was retrospectively dissolved without any liquidation up till the date of 1 January 2008; Linde Gas took over all the rights and obligations. The sales of refrigerants and related services is therefore further realised under the registered TEGAPLYN logo.
